Profile: My first career, spanning over 20 years, was in marketing and PR, mainly as a director of a consultancy, and I am still a Member of the Institute of Public Relations. Over this period I planned, managed and implemented a wide range of marketing and PR programmes for business to business, and business to consumer sector clients. My experience includes industry sectors as diverse as food, horticulture, building & construction, aircraft & defence, automotive, training, data and document management and charities. The work involved media and direct public relations, product and corporate literature, direct mail, press advertising, event management, internal relations, newsletters and customer publications, website development and crisis management. In 2002 I became interested in NLP and commenced my training, gaining my Practitioner certification that year, and my Master Practitioner the following year. I now offer consultancy, training and coaching to both business and private clients across a wide spectrum of issues.
